Sandwiches and barbeque are the draws here. Entrees include a variety of salads, pastas, chicken, salmon and steaks. The baby back ribs ($14.95) are delicious, a serving of approximately six ribs that have a delicate wisp of hickory and a baked coating of spices. Fries and a small bowl of ordinary baked beans come as sides. The meat, which sticks to the bone, is well trimmed, manageable with a fork and knife. The casual setting and brewery memorabilia make Brew City a good spot to take out-of-town visitors. The museum-quality display seems especially appropriate when viewed with a beer in hand.
