winters, this Hawaiian-themed Pewaukee restaurant is a welcome escape. Signature
drinks include Mai Tai, Singapore Sling
and Zombie, all marrying fruit juices with alcohol. Appetizers include a sushi
sampler ($7.99) served on a rectangular aquamarine sushi plate, Nana Maria's
platanos ($7.99), ripe plantains sliced and cooked in vegetable oil and served
with a side of delicious mango salsa, crabby cakes ($11.99), Kanaka jerk nachos
($9.99) and tiki tenders ($6.99), which is duck tenderloin rolled in breading
and served with mango sauce. A trio of fish tacos ($9.99) consists of
chipotle-lime tilapia stuffed in corn tortillas served open-face and layered
with chipotle-lime aioli.
