One of Milwaukee's very best restaurants, Kil@Wat boasts a sleek urban design that's more Hong Kong than Milwaukee. The dinner menu separates dishes into categories with names like Component, Spark, Cool, Synergy and more. The Component section is the heart of the menu. Choose a slab of meat, whether a chicken breast, halibut or a prime filet. Then choose one of eight sauces, perhaps horseradish cream for the filet or champagne vinaigrette for the breast. The Spark category encompasses small starter plates, including spicy baby peppers stuffed with goat cheese ($4). Raw foods and smooth flavors comprise the Cool menu.
