There are dozens of Chinese restaurants in the city with roughly interchangeable menus, but this Brady Street favorite isn't one of them. Interest is added with special menus changing quarterly. A seasonal menu might, for instance, feature Taiwanese-style clams, seared coriander-crusted scallops, crispy stuffed chicken wings and some especially good, surprisingly lean Chinese pork ribs, in addition to Chinese-American favorites. Stop in for some great regional Chinese cuisine.
