This hands-on session youŽll go beyond the basic pasta and sauces and find yourself learning the art of more difficult Italian cuisine. All classes start at 5 PM, September 24, October 14, November 5, November 19, December 3. $79/class or save $50 when you sign up for all five. This culinary tour will take you from an ordinary cook to becoming experienced in the rich traditions of Italian cooking.
