Introduction to Meditation and Mysticism

This class, from 12:30 - 2:00 on Sundays, consists of six sessions, and may be joined at any time. Please call or e-mail to register. We primarily explore three areas: 1) understanding the cosmos, the Laws and Beings that govern it, and our roles as living, conscious humans in that cosmos; 2) spiritual exercises designed to help you develop skills needed for inner work; 3) hands-on experiences, through which you can learn to see, hear, and feel the spiritual world. You do not need to believe anything to be a participant in this class, except that there is most likely a power an intelligence that is higher than human intelligence. This class is free of charge.
