Frendly Festival 2008

We are having a music festival at the Racine County Fairgrounds in Union Grove WI on August 22nd and 23rd, 2008. It is called Frendly Fest. It is a Celebration of Music and Humanity. It is in association with the Racine County Agricultural Society that we have brought together bands from around the Midwest who Love what they do and that is Play Music for you. The styles cross many genres of music from Jam, Psychedelic, Eclectic Rock to Blues and more.The lineup at this time includes, Jaik Willis, Ben Masel, Cream Tangerine, The Reverend Eddie Danger, Groovy Sparrow, Sly Mc Gee, Earth Program, Wild Trees, Top Hat Cats, Home Groan, Richard Cranium, Thinner Teed, Woodenrock, Phil Calkins, Talan, Deputy Frendly and the Hot Pursuit, Mike Patterson, and Candelabra. We will have food and beverage vendors; however no alcohol will be served at Frendly Fest 2008. You are welcome to bring in your own coolers. This is A Frendly Festival, children 12 and under will be admitted free with adult supervision. We will have a Licensed Day Care Center on site. Frendly Fest is also a Celebration of Humanity. We will have speakers and exhibitors talking about Human Rights and Environmental Issues. This is not about politics itīs about Music and the People who make the Music.
