Weekly Wednesday nights through May!!! 6p-7p Nia is fusion fitness! Experience the explosiveness of the Martial Arts, the expressiveness of the Dance Arts and the energizing of the Healing Arts. No experience is needed. Class taught by Certified Nia Blue Belt Instructor. Each class is 1 hour in length. Offering warm up, get moving and cool down. Wear comfy clothes for workout and bring a bottled water! Encourage a friend to join for the FUN. Class pricing: $12/1 or $55/5. Welcome those new to movement classes.
