Tonight the owner of Palm Tavern, Bruno Johnson, will be opening his second bar in Bay View. The bar, Sugar Maple, should prove to be just as eclectic as Palm Tavern. This one, however, will focus more on micro-brews - 60 on tap - than whiskeys (which I am sure will still not be in short supply). Another huge draw to this bar will be the fact that it is a fully non-smoking establishment. A rare find in this city of booze and cigarettes...
