Tea has been used as a health-promoting beverage for over 5,000 years. Interesting that the study mentioned in the article showed that ingesting capsules might be more effective than drinking the tea. Nice for those of us that aren't wild about the taste.. although most of the teas I've tried are pretty tasty.
