Experience the explosivemess of the martial arts, then expression of the dance arts and the empowerment of the healing arts. Each class is 1 hour long and consists of a warmup, get moving and cool down segments. No experience is needed. Nia is adaptable for everyBODY. Nia is done barefoot for better grounding (although inside soft soled shoes allowed for any foot or leg issues). Nia can be done in a chair as needed. Wear comfy loose fitting clothing and bring bottled water.
