Cozzie’s Corner, Food For Thought
Dianna Cozzie holds a Mater degree in Metaphysics, Professional Astrologer, Certified Hypnotherapist, Author and Teacher.
Now that I have asked you to take responsibility that you create your own world and all that is in it, which is very hard for most people to do, I’m going to present more food for thought that will require some of you to really open your mind. What I’m about to present can expand your mind and consciousness like never before.
I’ve studied Metaphysics for over 40 years, and I thought I learned a lot about mentalism, but I never leaned as much as I have through working with hypnosis and regression therapy; past-life regression therapy to be exact. Now I know this will be way over the top for those of you who think that you only have one life to live, but be brave and continue reading. This information, if pondered, can change your life.
For some of you it may be hard to take the responsibility of creating your own life. You may say, I did not choose to be poor, I did not choose to have a bad marriage, why on earth would I choose such things? If you are honest with yourself you will admit that you constantly talk about, worry about, complain about therefore concentrate on being all that you are. And with those kinds of thoughts, you will just get more of the same. Only when you change your thoughts to what it is you want, instead of what it is you do not want, will you see a change in your life and circumstances.
Every thought, word (spoken or written), deed and action has an effect on your life. Understand this law clearly. Even when you say things about others, you are putting those thoughts and words out into your own energy field and such will be drawn to you. Now you may say to me, but I only speak of the truth, of what is. But if you do not want more of what you call the truth, then you must start now on the spot talking and thinking of only what it is you WANT to be your truth, so that by the law of mentalism, you can attract that into your life experience.
Let’s ponder this further. People can have allergies, phobias, fears and health problems that can play havoc in this lifetime that were brought over from previous lifetimes. This is due to the Law of Mentalism. Your memories are thoughts and your memories transcend time and space. If, in a past lifetime, you experienced a trauma that affected you both physically and emotionally, that memory will be written, so to speak, very deep into your subconscious mind. These will be the memories that affect you in this lifetime that you would absolutely believe are not caused by your own thoughts. I’m going to give you a few examples that are real. These examples are taken from the information that I have collected from a seven-year research project on past-life memories.
Example: A lady experienced a very bad reaction to corn and all corn products. When she ate anything that had corn products in it, she would get severe headaches. This was a very big problem for her, since most food today has a corn product in it. She never thought about corn affecting her badly, she never feared corn products, so how does this work in relation to her thoughts creating her reality? Her memory (thoughts) held a trauma from a past lifetime where corn liquor was involved. She remembered that in that past lifetime she would be forced to drink corn liquor and she would end up with an extremely bad hangover. Because body MUST by law follow mind, when she would eat corn, her body would re-act to the memories from another lifetime.
Example: A man would experience a feeling of panic every time he would have to go over a bridge. The cause of that feeling was due to a memory (thoughts) from a past lifetime where he went over a bridge and was killed.
Example: A young girl had an extreme fear of heights. The cause for that could not be found in this lifetime, but was found in a past lifetime. She fell from a high tower and was killed. The memories (thoughts) were creating her fear.
Example: A wealthy man keeps experiencing situations where people want to take his money. His thoughts are always of worry about other people taking his money, even the IRS was constantly on his case. In a past lifetime, he was a tax collector who showed no mercy to anyone who could not pay taxes. He took all he could get in that past lifetime. The memories were held in his subconscious mind, and he feared that others would do to him what he had done to others. In this lifetime, his own thoughts are creating his problems. Nothing else is to blame.
The Law of Mentalism is at work in your life. Think positive thoughts and only positive things will happen.
