With the Wisconsin primary less than a week away, many are predicting the turnout to be the highest since 1988. In 2004 the turnout for the primary was 24%, this year it is predicted to be around 35% of the voting age population (according to Wisn.com).
Wisconsin's primary is open, heated, and sure to draw much attention. I'm hoping for a big turnout, but I remember the turnout for the actual 2004 election being a disappointment.
