We're the Dots... we're all "chicks." We ROCK. Yes, we can play our instruments. We have fun and so does the audience.
We've been playing out for over a year now, and the reaction can vary. Guys say "oh... all chicks? Sounds fun." And it is fun... most times they want to help us load in our gear. Chivalry exists. We might buy them a drink as a "thanks."
The best reaction is to the songs that we play... and how much the bar crowd gets into it. Who would predict that three women would play "Fat Bottom Girls" by Queen?
We take requests... and its especially fun if it's a song we've never played together. 8 times out of 10, we'll take a shot at it.
