Any business offering discounts or anything of value in exchange for votes will be automatically disqualified. Bands are not permitted to fill out ballots on behalf of their fans.

6) Deadline for all ballots entries: Wednesday, September 30, 2009 Midnight E.S.T. The list of winners will be published in the Shepherd Express Best of Issue on November 12th, 2009. Results will also be available on ExpressMilwaukee.com. on that date.
