Tory Folliard

Contemporary art in a warehouse setting

By Aisha Motlani

Located in the Third Ward near the corner of North Milwaukee and East Buffalo Street, Tory Folliard is an essential stop along the Gallery Night and Day circuit. With a new show every four or five weeks in its two main gallery spaces, Folliard consistently provides fresh offerings by regional and national contemporary artists like Fred Stonehouse, Eric Aho, Tom Uttech and Jason Rohlf. The smaller East Gallery, which like the eastern end of the main gallery space benefits from generous amounts of daylight, exhibits less formal works, whether its Eduardo Villanueva’s murals or Ed Larson’s bears, birds and horses constructed of wood, metal and brightly colored paint.

Open Tuesday to Friday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

233 N. Milwaukee St.
