Short Orders (Jo Jo's Pub and Grill)

We started coming to JoJo's on Friday nights for fish frys in mid-March. We were very happy until about 3 weeks ago, when the fish fry was terrible. We asked the server about the fish and he said it was the same as previous weeks. Well, we waited 2 weeks and again came back for a fish fry and were assured that the fish was good. We did enjoy the fish fry on that particular Friday night. However, last night, which was Friday we again came to JoJo's and sat at a table near the rest rooms and the band stage. We were told someone would be right with us. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to serve us, so we left and enjoyed a fish fry at a competitors restaurant. We did mention it to the bartender and she was sympathetic, but it wasn't her fault and also told her that. We probably will not come back after 2 bad experiences. There is alot of competition in the neighborhood and we were happy that a new restaurant was opened. I am a business owner in the neighborhood and know that customer service is a top priority. I had also recommended your restaurant, but will no longer do so.
