The Social, in Milwaukee's Fifth Ward is hosting one the Midwest's hottest hip-hop artist, Omaur Bliss and his band, Friday, October 31st, 2008, (at 10 PM) for a special Halloween Costume Party Live Concert. The event will also include drink specials, a costume contest with cash and prizes. As part of the Minneapolis music scene, Omaur Bliss has received critical acclaim for his music, from many realms. "...Gritty underground spoken word in an affair with gospel, soul, and R. The result is conscious verses with soulful melodies and beats that would make the hardest of the hard dance around with their shoes off." -Wookiefoot.com.
