It makes sense that readers would deem Summerfest the best place in Milwaukee to people watch, since no other event in the city draws a better cross section of people—or, for that matter, more people period. Grab a choice seat at a park bench in the shade and take in the crowd: happy couples, adorable children, trendy teenagers, seriously overdressed punks and Goths, cowboys with mullets, and the picnic-table dancers—lots and lots of picnic-table dancers.
